Sana Babi Business Immigration Consultant
Sana Babi is the Business Immigration Consultant with Gateway Professional Services with over 15 years of experience in Business and Family Immigration filing. Ms. Babi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science as well as an (in progress) Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) in India. She specializes in Business Immigration in the Non-Immigration Visa category EB-2, EB-3 that includes filing the PERM’s, I-140’s, I-485 Adjustment of Status and Consular processing applications. She has filed over 3000 EB-2 and EB-3 applications since 2011.
Her experience also includes drafting DOL Audit responses, USCIS request for evidence (RFE), Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR). Ms. Babi has also worked on over 2000 H-1B Specialty Occupation cases including initial H-1B registrations, Extensions, Amendments and Transfer. She has over 7 years of working experience with E-2 (Treaty Investment) Visas. Ms. Babi understands the grueling and sometimes frustrating immigration process first hand and is very upbeat and focused in helping, guiding and reassuring all our clients to achieve their American Dream.
Zohar Koroush Attorney at law
Attorney Zohar Koroush graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Honor’s degree in law and business administration. During her ordination as a U.S. attorney, Ms. Koroush worked at U.S. immigration law firms and, after passing the tough certification and state Bar tests, obtained a license and began her career as an attorney in Immigration Law in California. Ms. Koroush has also a good-standing membership with the California Bar Association since 2015. Ms.Koroush has also processed applications for hundreds of individuals with their family-based cases and naturalization cases, all with a perfect success rate.

Attorney D. Huu graduated from the University of Texas with a Law Degree. Attorney Huu was admitted to the State Bar of California in June, 1991. He has over 30 years experience practicing Employment-Based immigration. Attorney Huu’s vast knowledge of the complex immigration system renders him as a valuable resource and an expert in the field. His personal experience with the immigration system has made him empathetic to each of his cases. Attorney Huu’s dedication to serving the immigrant community is evident. Fernanda Hernandez
Attorney Hernandez was born in Brazil and raised in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Hernandez graduated from California State University with a major in Political Science. Ms. Hernandez was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School. Hernandez’s passion for immigration started during her undergraduate career while interning at an immigration non-profit. Her passion to serve the community continued when she taught citizenship classes to those taking the exam in English and Spanish. Attorney Hernandez understands that every immigration is unique and is committed to addressing the needs of each client directly and personally, guiding them through the complex regulations of the law.
